Participants will work closely with others and receive guidance from instructors to strengthen and sustain a community-based public health organization. This introductory-level course increases organizational readiness in seven key areas: defining mission, vision, and strategy; leadership and decision-making; organization and board governance; building partnerships; delivering impactful services; effective communication; and managing change. Instructors will serve as coaches, providing real-time feedback and advice to help participants apply these concepts to their organizations.
