Faculty

The Global Health and Development program draws core and affiliated faculty from across Rollins and Emory University. The core faculty have primary appointments in several departments and programs at Emory and are actively engaged in teaching, service and research activities in global health. These include 24 tenured or tenure- track faculty from Rollins especially in the Hubert Department of Global Health and represent a variety of disciplines namely anthropology, business, demography, ethics, epidemiology, health economics, infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, nutrition and sociology. Other core faculty who are involved in GHD research are based in the School of Medicine, Nell Hodgson School of Nursing, Emory College of Arts and Sciences, Goizueta School of Business and Emory Law School and also have joint appointments in RSPH.
